Day Charter

Individuals and groups can join forces to sail “Ocean Oddysey” for the day in the waters around Gibraltar. With our proximity to the straits there is nearly always wind from one direction or another providing exhilarating sailing under the lee of the rock or in open waters, while no one can deny that the coasts of Spain and Morocco provide an excellent backdrop. There’s no need to be just a passenger either, the boat needs steering, ropes need pulling, you can do as much or as little as you like. We can even stop for a swim.

Although “Ocean Odyssey” is not a dolphin boat it is more than likely she will be visited by these fascinating creatures while sailing in the waters around Gibraltar. The fact that we do not have an engine running tends to attract the dolphins to play under the bow providing a unique spectacle to savour. Catching one on film is notoriously difficult making a good shot something to treasure. It is not uncommon to see pilot whales and turtles in the straits as well as many species of migratory birds

Lunch is provided on board and an open bar is included in the Charter Fee
